"I am happy to have this opportunity to write about my recent home purchase in which I was very ably assisted by Lynn Murphy Dickerscheid. From my first request of her, an immediate showing, on a weekend, of a home I subsequently purchased, to the very smooth handling of the closing, Lynn performed her job with a practiced professionalism. I feel sure that her knowledge of the foreclosure/third party process and prompt attention to all the details and timing of the process were key to my getting what seems like the perfect house. She was always encouraging, courteous, and pleasant to work with, kept me posted on developments and returned all paperwork with lightning speed. Her experience with property transactions was invaluable to me, and in addition her knowledge of the area and interesting insights made what could have been a very stressful time much more enjoyable. From the beginning I felt she was looking out for my best interests as the buyer, and had an empathy and excitement about the house that was just great. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a personable, intelligent tough and hardworking real estate agent. I have no complaints whatsoever, only bravos!"
